Ceremony
Details
Our ceremony will be held outdoors at the Kansas Museum of History, so please dress accordingly. Seating will be uncovered, and guests will be walking on grass, so we recommend choosing shoes with that in mind.
Complimentary parking is available on site, and the area will be monitored by security throughout the event. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive by 6:20 PM.
Reception
The reception will take place inside the lobby of the Kansas Museum of History immediately following the ceremony. Before dinner, guests will have one hour of complimentary admission to explore the newly renovated museum exhibits. Dinner will be catered by Iron Rail Brewing, followed by drinks, dancing, and celebration throughout the evening.
Dress Code
Travel & Lodging
For our out-of-town guests, we recommend booking accommodations early. If you are traveling in for the wedding weekend, we are so grateful that you are making the trip to celebrate with us and cannot wait to see everyone together.
Complimentary parking will be available at the museum for all guests.
THE DATE
April 23rd is more than just a Friday to us. It is Scott and Stacey's wedding anniversary and falls just one day before Robert's 24th birthday. Coincidentally, Dan and Katie tied the knot on May 23rd, just one day before Dan's 24th birthday—May 23rd is also Faith's birthday.
THE COLORS
Our wedding colors, blue and brown, were chosen to represent the bride and groom’s eye colors.
SUNDAY SUNDAES
Every Sunday since the bride and groom met, they’ve gotten ice cream together to reset and reconnect before the chaotic week begins. They’ve never missed a Sunday.
